Please note:

•    All Rates are inclusive of Florida Sales Taxes

•    Pool Heating is optional, and is recommended October - May. $140 with a 1 week minimum

•    Long Stay Discount 10% for 3 or 4 consecutive weeks.

•    Recommend villa to friend ;10% discount to friend 

•    Return bookings Discount 10% on second and subsequent bookings

•    Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

We require $200/£100/150euro deposit for each weeks stay on booking, with the balance due eight weeks prior to departure when all details will be forward to you. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the start of your holiday the full amount is payable immediately.

A security deposit of $300/£150/200euro.is due along with the final balance eight weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

Payment can be made by Euro/UK/US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to the owners’ bank account in Ireland or US. We may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
